Week 7: Ar Blog

Monday: I am still reading the Shack and i am still enjoying it just as much as I was when I first started reading it. :)  Mack has gone into the shack and has talked to "PAPA" nad all the others. Papa showed him how birds are created to fly and taught him a very valuable lesson. Mack still doesn't really believe they are who they saythey are, but he is about to be proven wrong.:)

Tuesday: I am still reading the shack and really enjoying it! Mack was still not completely convinced that they really were God. Papa told Mack to go and clean himself up so that they could have dinner when he came back. Mack went to get dressed and noticed that his clothes from his car were in his room neatly folded and laid out for him. He was starting to really like it here. :)

Thursday:  I am still reading the Shack and I still love it! Mack has eaten dinner with them and had a few times where he would burst out and have his moments, but they never said anything about it, they just loved him. :) After dinner he and Jesus went outside to go asnd look up at the stars. Mack and Jesus had a deep talk and they really enjoyed themselves

Week 6: Ar reading Blog

Week 4 Reading Blog

I am still reading the Shack. I absolutly LOVE this book. After i take the test on this book, i will have over half of my points for this 9 weeks. :) I am on chapter 8 and I still have quite some more to go, but these chapters are really long...  But i am still enjoying the book. :) Mack is still in the kitchen talking to "PAPA" and is crying every 2 seconds, because he has so many emotions going on at one time.

Week 4 Reading Blog

I am still reading the Shack and i am still loving it! i have only taken one test in AR and i plan to take another test on the Shack at the end of next week or so. I have really enjoyed these chapters in the book. Mack chose to go and follow "PAPA" into the kitchen to talk, while she was making dinner. She somehow told him to trust her and Mack went into a frenzy and was screaming things like "YOU WEREN'T THERE FOR ME WITH MISSY, AND YET YOU WANT ME TO TRUST YOU NOW?? YOU DIDN'T EVEN HELP HER OUT! HOW COULD YOU?!?! SOME KIND OF "PAPA" YOU ARE!!!" and Papa just responded out of love and Mack sorta felt bad about the fact that he scream at her.

Week 3

I am still reading the Shack. I have like 4 or 5 points on AR. I really like this book and everytime I read it I seem to like it more and more. :) Mack is still in the cabin and the 3 people are talking to him and everytime he tries to say something it's like they know exactly what he was going to say. He is amazed and isn't even looking at the clock. They are being very nice to him and they are giving him all kinds of good food. :)

Week 2

I am still reading the Shack. I am in love with it and I would recomend it to everybody. I am on chapter 7 and Mack is in the cabin and is talking to the 3 people in there. He is worried and a little freaked out. They are telling him things about himself and every time he cries, the little asian woman collects them in a little jar like thing.

Week 2

I am still reading the Shack. I am really in love with this book. Mack has went to the Shack and he saw that everything was were it was when he was there last time. He got very mad and he saw the shack change his intire world. He went in and he saw a nice african american and a small asian person and a caucasian male that looked like a hard worker. He began to cry and the small asian person got a jar and collected them.

Week 1

Mack and his friends went around asking people if they had seen her but the responce was always the same, "no, soryy i haven't..." There was one young guy who said he saw a green army like truck with a little girl in it and it looked like she was crying and they guy in the drivers seat looked like he hit her. They finally were able to get to were the truck was. When they arrieved at the Shack, they found her little blood soaked red dress on the floor. Mack is torn and they never found her body.

Week 1

I am still reading the Shack and i am absolutly in love with it. He tells you everything he remembers about the incident with the dissapearence of his baby girl. Missy, Kate, John, and Mack went on a camping trip. Kate and John asked if they could take a friend of theirs cannou out. Well the cannou tipped over and they were trapped under the water. Mack ran to help them while Missy was on the bench coloring. when Mack came back he looked all over the place for Missy but could not find her anywhere. He and all the people of the camp were looking for her but no-one fornd her.

Week 1

I am now reading the shack. I am in love with this book. it is sooooo good! Mack just got a note in the mail that seems that it is either from God, or the killer, or someone who is teasing him and his emotions. He doesnt tell Nan about the letter. SHe is the only one that Mack knows of who calls God "Papa" and he finds it wrong because he says that he should have more respect for God.

Ar Blog: Week 8

I am reading The Shack. I am oon chapter 4 and so far, Mack is taking his 3 kids camping. They are having an awesome time, but then an incident happens where he has to leave Missy alone to save his other two childrens life. i don't knnow what is going to happen, but i can't wait to find out what happens! :)

I finished reading Love Find a Home! I loved the book very much. i am now about to start reading The Shack! i hear it is really good. I can't wait till I know what happens. :)

I still reading Love Find a home. Missie and Willie are trying to build a new home. Finally after all that has happened, Missie is going to get her new home. One of Willie's cattlemen came to talk to Missie one day and he really scared her so Sammy fired him. :)

the book i am reading is very good. i would recomend it to anyone who like sweet heart-toutching books. Missie isn't very pleased with the little sod house but she knows they are just getting started in their new life. she chooses not to say anything, even though Willie knows she isnt very happy.

I'm still reading Love finds a home by Jenette Oke. it is really good and really sweet. im have like 1/4 left of the book. i am halfway to my goal. :)

week 6 AR Reading.

One night Missie couldn't go to sleep and had a very uneasy feeling and then little Nathan started chocking and gasping for air. Missie and Willie freaked out and Cookie (chef) told them it was croup. they treated little Nathan with steam and then put him back to bed. he was fine after that. :)

week 6 ar reading

Willie and Missie are at the ranch and he is doing really good with the cattle, but one night a few ranchers come and scare half of the herd away... Willie had been promising Missie to get her a real house but after this she tells him she would rather him use the money to rebuild the herd and then get the real house built next year. After time of being in the little sod house for over a year with all of the winter storms and rain storms, Missie doesn't think the little sody is all that bad.

Week 6 Book Reading

Missie and Willie are going back to their new home and she is imagining what it looks like! They named the baby boy Nathan Isaiah LaHaye and he looks just like Willie! when they get to the ranch, Missie tries not to show how displeased she is. it is a small sod house and nothing but hills...

AR Reading Week 5

Willie come back to town to suprise Missie and she is expecting her baby in a month. while Willie is there she goes into labor early. they have a few complications but everything turns out great! the baby looks just like Willie and he is so proud to be a father. He stays there for another week and then she is going to her new home. She really is going to miss this town. :(

AR Reading 9-7-10

Willie has spent as much time as he can with Missie because he is about to leave for 3 months. She finally has to face the day that her wonderful husband is leaving... She is completly heartbroken. As soon as he leaves she begins to cry. She already misses him... :(

AR Book Log 9-2-10

Willie and Missie send a telagram to her parents they are safe and that she is pregnant! She then goes around the town and gets supplies, as does Willie! he gets all the tools he will need, and she is becoming good friends with her land lord! :)

AR Reading Week 3 8-31-10

Missy is not thrilled about it at first, but she begins to understand that it is for the best! She makes a few smartelic comments toward Willie, but he ignores them. Willie heads off in a couple days and she is goin to be spending as much time as she can because she won't see him for another 3 months. Missy is getting dressed to go to town with Willie! :)

AR Reading Week 3

Monday: I am reading Loves Long Journey, by Janette Oke. Missy has found out that she is pregnant and she is on the wagon trail with Willie. She met a younge girl a little bit younger than hersalf and she was pregnant also. She and Becky became very close, and while Becky was in labor her and her baby boy died... Well her and Willie are talking and he tells her that he is going to continue with the wagon trail, but she isn't. He tells her that she is going to be staying in TessFord Junction until the baby is born. He does this because he doesn't want anything to go wrong and there not to be a doctor that can help.
